All that discussion of planting and greenery yesterday seems to have pushed the weather to retaliate. It started snowing yesterday and hasn’t really quit since. It’s been on and off, piling up 5 inches so far. Naturally the power went out last night, as it does here any time the weather does anything interesting. I haven’t had to fire up the generator yet, but let me tell you, I’m glad I have that thing. Gas furnaces are great, but only useful with electricity for the blower.
